2. Procedure applied for the award of the procurement contract: OPEN TENDER.
3. a) Place where the products are to be delivered: in accordance with the provisions of the awarding documentation.
b) Nature of the products to be delivered: ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES FOR TAROM AIRCREW UNIFORM, as follows:
Batch 1: Tie clip – Men pilots and flight attendants;
Batch 2: Flight attendants shoes;
Batch 3: Sweater;
Batch 4: Tie;
Batch 5: Belt;
Batch 6: Scarf / Batik;
Batch 7: Winter coat for women cabin crew;
Batch 8: Socks and Tights.
4. Quantity of products to be delivered: in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Specifications Book.
5. Option for procurement of additional products: as per the awarding documentation provisions.
6. Instructions on the bidder’s options to submit the offer for a part of or the entire quantity of products: the offers may be submitted for one batch of products, for more batches or for all batches. For each batch the offer must be submitted for all the products and for the entire quantity of the products required in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Specifications Book – partial offers, only for a part of the products required within one batch of products, are not accepted.
7. Indications regarding the submission of samples, descriptions, sketches and/or photos: the bidders must submit samples of products, in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Specifications Book.
8. a) Duration of the procurement contract: 1(one) year.
b) Effective date of the procurement contract: as per the awarding documentation provisions.
9. Subcontractors: not accepted.
10. Alternative offers: not accepted.
11. a) Any interested business operator may obtain the awarding documentation upon written request sent to TAROM, Procurement Procedures Office, e-mail: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected].
b) Deadline for submission of requests for clarifications: 09 November 2016.
c) Deadline for the submission of offers: 21 November 2016, 15:00 hours (3:00 p.m.) Romanian local time.
d) Offer submission manner: the offers shall be submitted by email at the following address: [email protected] or in paper format in an envelope submitted directly or sent by mail to the headquarters of TAROM located in Calea Bucurestilor nr. 224F, Otopeni, Ilfov County, Romania, (Procurement Procedures Office, located in CORP F – TAROM, 2nd Floor, room no.204).
The samples of products shall be sent to the headquarters of TAROM located in Calea Bucurestilor nr. 224F, Otopeni, Ilfov County, Romania, (to the attention of Procurement Procedures Office, located in CORP F – TAROM, 2nd Floor, room no.204) directly or by mail.
e) Language of the offer and of the supporting documents thereof: Romanian or English.
12. Participation guarantee: not requested.
13. Ways to finance the price of the procurement contract: TAROM own funds.
14. Qualification criteria regarding the personal status, the economic and financial standing, as well as the technical and professional capacity of the bidders: according to the awarding documentation.
15. Carrying out of the awarding procedure: according to the „Rules on the award of the procurement contracts“ of TAROM (published on the webpage www.tarom.ro).
16. Period for which the bidder must maintain its offer valid: at least 180 days as of the deadline for offer submission.
17. Procurement contract awarding criterion: THE MOST ECONOMICALLY ADVANTAGEOUS OFFER.
