On hold bookings can now be paid online, using the mobile app or the website!
Dear passengers, we are happy to announce you that on hold bookings can now be paid online! You can proceed to payment from Check your trip - website and Manage booking - mobile app in max. 48 hours from the booking time.
On hold bookings can be made using the mobile app and our website.
Your trip will be placed on hold but the reservation is not guaranteed until it has been payed and confirmed. Your booking will be cancelled if payment is not made till the expiry date. If duplicate bookings are found, one of the bookings will be cancelled and the Hold My Booking option will no longer be valid.
The hold option is only available for all passengers in the same itinerary/reservation. There is not an option to choose only one passenger to receive hold if there is more than one passenger on the reservation.
On hold bookings can be paid using the following options: online with automatic issuance, online in 48 hours from booking time, online by MobilPay payment link (please mention the invoice details) or by bank wire/deposit (the proforma can be asked only to TAROM Agencies).
