Please send us a written complaint giving as many details as you remember about the baggage and their contents, including any possible particularities (brands, writings, stickers etc) of the baggage.
Also please attach:
- one copy of your ticket and excess baggage ticket (if applicable)
- copies of baggage tags
- the file reference number

If, by any chance, your baggage is delayed or lost after a flight, you can track the status of your report on missing baggage and find out when you recover your baggage by clicking here. You must have the complaint reference at hand, as provided by the TAROM Lost and Found help desk.
