- Purchaser: COMPANIA NATIONALA DE TRANSPORTURI AERIENE ROMANE TAROM S.A. („TAROM”).
2. Services required for purchase: airline hull (civil aircraft, spares and equipment) all risks (including hull deductible insurance for aircraft and spare engines) and airline legal liabilities insurance.
3. Duration of the procurement contract: 12 (twelve) months as of 01.12.2024.
4. Partnership offers: allowed, subject to the conditions stated in the procurement documentation. 5. Subcontractors: subcontracting is not allowed, except that the insurer has the right to designate a service provider empowered to act as a loss adjuster in order to handle the claim files for the insured events, as well as a solicitors firm which will deal with legal issues in the event of losses that require legal assistance.
6. The criteria for determining the winning offer: THE LOWEST PRICE.
7. Any interested business operator may obtain the awarding documentation, in electronic format, upon written request sent to TAROM by e-mail to [email protected] and [email protected].
8. Deadline for the submission of offers: 15.10.2024, 11.00 hours (Romanian local time).
9. Offer submission manner: in paper format (hardcopy), in an envelope submitted directly or sent by mail to the TAROM’s headquarters located at 224F Calea Bucurestilor, Otopeni, Ilfov County, 075100 Romania (building “CORP F”, 2nd Floor, room 204B – Non-Technical Procurement, Contracts and Supply Department).
10. Participation guarantee to the procurement procedure: 10.000 (ten thousand) USD.
11. Carrying out of the procurement procedure: according to the “Regulation on conclusion of contracts for procurement of goods, works or services“, published on TAROM’s webpage www.tarom.ro.
