- INITIAL TRAINING COURSE FOR CABIN CREW MEMBERS
Registration requirements for the theoretical course:
- Minimum age: 18 years;
- Studies: high school completed with Baccalaureate Diploma;
- Medical Certificate for Cabin Crew Member 2nd Class. (we can assist you in obtaining it);
- Ability to swim (life-jacket exercise in the pool, necessary to obtain the simulator certificate).
Estimated duration of the theoretical and practical course: 3-4 weeks.
Location: Henri Coanda Otopeni Airport, 224F, in TAROM headquarters, within the Personnel Training Centre.
The Course structure is as follows:
- Theoretical training with physical attendance, including a total of 102.5 hours, as follows:
- General theoretical knowledge and legislation;
- Communication;
- Introductory Course – The Human Factor in Aviation;
- Passenger relations and cabin supervision;
- Medical aspects and first aid;
- Dangerous Goods applied on ICAO instructions;
- General aspects in security;
- Fire and smoke fighting instruction;
- Water survival simulation.
b) Simulator practical training.
After the completion of the course you will be issued the Diploma of Graduation on the basis of which you will take the final examination at the Romanian Civil Aviation Authority in order to obtain the Cabin Crew Member Certificate. With this certificate you can present yourself to any EU Air Operator for recruitment.
The cost of the course is 1600 EURO with the possibility of payment in 2 instalments (the first instalment is to be paid at the signing of the Contract and the second instalment is to be paid within 8 days from the beginning of the course).
- THEORETICAL TRAINING COURSE FOR INSTRUCTORS’ AUTHORIZATION
Registration requirements:
1. Valid Cab Crew Member Certificate with aircraft type rating;
2. Experience: minimum 1500 flight hours as cabin crew member.
Estimated duration of the theoretical and practical course: approximately 1-2 weeks.
Location: Henri Coanda Otopeni Airport, 224F, at TAROM headquarters, within the Personnel Training Centre.
- NON-EU LICENSE CONVERSION COURSE FOR CABIN CREW MEMBER
Enrolment requirements:
- Cabin Crew Member Certificate;
- Medical Certificate for Cab Crew Member class 2;
- Course Completion Certificate issued by non-EU organization.
Estimated duration of the theoretical and practical course: depending on the initial preparation, a personalized program is made.
Location: Henri Coanda Otopeni Airport, 224F, at TAROM headquarters, within the Staff Training Centre.
