1. Schedules
The carrier shall make every effort to transport the passenger and his luggage within a reasonable time.
The times indicated on the ticket, in the schedules and in other documents are not guaranteed.
The Carrier may substitute other carriers or use other aircrafts, without prior notice.
Also, if necessary, it may change or delete a scale indicated on the ticket.
Schedules are subject to change without notice.
Carrier is not responsible for errors or omissions in schedules and other publications containing schedules. The carrier assumes no liability for flights in connection.
2. Delays, cancellation of flights, embarking refusal
In case of refusal of boarding, cancellation or delay of the flight, the passenger may benefit from the remedies provided by the Regulation (EC) no. 261/2004 establishing common rules regarding compensation and assistance of passengers in the event of refusal to board and cancellation or delayed flights and repealing Regulation (EEC) no. 295/91.
