2. Procedure applied for the award of the procurement contract: OPEN TENDER.
a) Place where the products to be provided: in accordance with the provisions of the awarding documentation.
3. b) Nature of the products to be provided: EASA approved STC or Service Bulletin for mounting devices for EFB class 2 – IPAD solution, as follows:
Lot 1:ATR;
Lot 2: B737;
Lot 3: A318.
4. Quantity of the products to be provided: according to the Tehnical Specification Book.
5. Option for procurement of additional products: according to the awarding documentation provisions.
6. Instructions on the bidder’s options to submit the offer for a part of or the entire quantity of the products: the offers may be submitted for one lot of products, for more lots or for all lots. For each lot the offer must be submitted for all the products and for the entire quantity of the products required in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Specification Book – partial offers, only for a part of the products required within one lot of products, are not accepted.
7.a) Duration of the procurement contract: 1(one) year.
b) Effective date of the procurement contract: according to the awarding documentation provisions.
8. Subcontractors: subcontractors are not accepted.
9. Alternative offers: not accepted.
10.a) Any interested business operator may obtain the awarding documentation upon written request sent to TAROM, Procurements Procedures Office, email [email protected] and [email protected].
b) Deadline for receipt of the requests for clarifications: 10 April 2017.
c) Date limit for submission of the offers: 19 April 2017, 15:00 hours (3.00 p.m.) Romanian local time (all the documents must be received by TAROM within the deadline settled above).
d) Offers’ submission: the offers shall be submitted by email at the following address: [email protected] or in paper format to the headquarters of TAROM located in Calea Bucurestilor nr. 224F, Otopeni, Ilfov County, Romania (to the attention of Procurement Procedures Office, located in CORP F – TAROM, 2nd Floor, room no.204) directly or by mail.
e) Language of the offer and of the accompanying documents: English.
11. Tender guarantee: not required.
12. Financing sources of the price of the procurement contract: TAROM’s own financing sources.
13. Qualification criteria related to the bidders’ personal status, economic and financial standing, as well as technical and professional capacity: as per the awarding documentation.
14. Carrying out of the awarding procedure: as per the « Rules on the award of the procurement contracts » of TAROM (published on the website www.tarom.ro).
15. Period for which the bidder must maintain its offer valid: at least 120 days as of the deadline for offers’submission.
16. Procurement contract awarding criterion: THE MOST ECONOMICALLY ADVANTAGEOUS OFFER.
