Passenger Information - Travel to Austria - 07 October 2020
According to the announcement made by the Austrian authorities, the obligation to perform a SARS-CoV-2 (PCR) test is extended until December 31, 2020, for all passengers arriving from #Romania.
- For entering in quarantine, passengers must provide to the Austrian authorities a proof that they have a place to quarantine (lease contract, property paper);
- The PCR test performed during the quarantine period will be paid by the passengers;
- If the medical certificate or secure proof of adequate accommodation cannot be presented, entry into Austria is # prohibited!
Passengers can transit Austria without performing a SARS-CoV-2 (PCR) test or entering in quarantine only if they can provide supporting documents and are NOT allowed to stay overnight in Austria!

The surgical mask must be worn at all times, from the entrance to the airport of departure to the exit from the airport of destination.
