If you have a ticket already purchased, you can access the “About Your Trip” section in order to identify the status of the flights and the travel data changes. Please access this link by entering your last name (if at the time of booking you have entered your first name, please use the first name) and the reservation code or ticket number (starts with 281). /en/check-your-trip
If you intend to plan a trip, the “Timetable” section contains periodically updated information, showing only the remaining flights in operation after Covid-19 effects. You can check by selecting the period and the pair of cities /en/timetable
From the #TAROM app, available for iOS and Android phones that can be downloaded from the App Store and Play Store, in “Manage booking” section you can save your booking by entering your last name (if at the time of booking, you have entered the first name, please use the first name) and the reservation code or ticket number (starts with 281). This way, you will be informed about potential future changes. If there are changes in travel data, the screen will be updated automatically.
Through the mobile app we send periodic notifications regarding travel restrictions, routes and other necessary information.
