TAROM will allow passengers having tickets to/from Tel Aviv. to reschedule their trip for free. In the case in which passengers decide to cancel their flight, TAROM will reimburse the entire value of the tickets in the form of a voucher, which can be used later to purchase other TAROM tickets.
