If your TAROM-operated flight was more than 3 hours late in arriving at its destination, was cancelled, a flight irregularity resulted in a missed connection or an unforeseen situation of downgrading or denied boarding occurred, you have the option to request compensation in accordance with Article 7 of Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union
TAROM offers you the possibility to choose one of the compensation options below, depending on your payment method or your Flying Blue status:

* The electronic voucher can be used for the purchase of TAROM tickets on TAROM flights (with RO number) or for additional services within one year from the date of issue. The value of the voucher is non-refundable.
**Mileage compensation can only be awarded to Flying Blue members.
Your compensation may be reduced by 50% if the arrival time of your new flight is no later than
- 2 hours, for all flights of 1500km or less, or
- 3 hours for all intra-Community flights over 1500km and for all other flights between 1500km and 3500km, or
- 4 hours, for flights over 3500km, the scheduled arrival time of your original flight.
This compensation scheme is based on EU Regulation 261/2004.
